What Is Supported Living?
Supported Living offers individualized support to people who live in their own homes or with others in the community. This service is focused on maintaining independence and providing assistance where it’s needed — whether that’s help with daily tasks, transportation, or emotional support.
Who We Support

Individuals with disabilities living in non-licensed, community-based settings

Clients who need part-time or intermittent staff support

People pursuing independence in their own apartments, with roommates, or with family

DSPD-authorized clients with SLN or SLH funding

How F4L Delivers Supported Living
At F4L, Supported Living is truly person-centered. Clients direct their own services with our support. Staff are trained in communication, independent living skills, and safety protocols. We encourage clients to pursue their own goals, maintain control over their space, and stay connected to their communities.
